This popular seasonal event at Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh is a wonderful way to kick off the winter months with the North Carolina Symphony. You will receive a video of the pre-concert lecture via email a few days before the event (presenters vary). This will prepare you for the performance and enhance your appreciation and enjoyment of each festive piece.

Note: Lunch is not included in the program so eat a hearty breakfast and take along a snack to eat on the bus. 

Includes: Transportation on NC State University bus, ticket and lecture. If you find yourself unable to participate in this study trip, please contact the OLLI office, no substitutions are possible.

Depart: McKimmon Center at 11:30 a.m .

The bus will pick up outside the front entrance of the McKimmon Center a few minutes before departure. Please arrive in plenty of time to park your vehicle and meet the group. OLLI Assistant Director, Lindsey Hale, will meet you on arrival and will accompany the group on the study trip. You will receive a reminder email approximately one week before the date with further instructions on where to meet.
