Survey of Project Management Methodologies



The Project Management Institute (PMI) defines a methodology as “a system of practices, techniques, procedures, and rules used by those who work in a discipline.” There are many project management methodologies: Waterfall, PMBOK, Agile, SCRUM, Critical Chain, Kanban, LEAN, etc. This class will discuss up-to-date versions of the most prevalent methodologies as well as their brief histories to enables information you need to select the best fit for your organization.
